My boyfriend and I have lived here for two years. It is the quietest compleex in the denton area. The complex next door does take away from it a little. The management has been outstanding and understanding. The grounds are great and i never hear my neighbors except when they turn the shower on. Ive have tons of problems with my ac but they have always fixed it in a timely manner. Emergency maintance has come by on my exploding toliet and helped me clean the mess.
Everyone has dogs and everyone is nice. I love my neighbors!

No but a coworker of mine is currently moving out and they are being so helpful because they are buying a house and not done with their lease. Everyone has different experiences
