Great place - for an apartment

I lived in a duplex in the apartment community for 3 years. Maintenance was great, and the grounds were the best kept that I have seen. The office staff, at first, seemed rude, but before the first year was up, I was able to come to an understanding with them and after that things were fine. The only real complaint I have is the utility bills. I am living in a house now that is larger than the duplex was, and my electricity bill is much less. The duplexes need to be better weatherproofed. After 3 years, I got almost 100% of my deposit back.
