I lived here for just over a year. It was ok, I never had any problems with the neighbors and the office staff was always nice. I did however have a horrible wasp problem. Their solution was to cover my fireplace with plastic and give me a can of wasp spray. I had the wasp problem from day one, and everytime I filled a maintenance request for the problem they gave me the same answer. Oh, it is just because of the weather, the wasps are looking for a warmer place to get to. That doesn't seem like an excuse to have wasps building nests in your fireplace. I talked to a few other residents who also had wasp problems, but mine seemed to be the worst. I had 2 cars, so parking sucked. I was always forced to park one out on the street which was not very safe.

The maintenance service was average, nothing great. They were quick to fix my problems, but 75% of the time it was shabby work.

Noise was a huge problem. They noise from the road was pretty bad, but you get used to it eventually.

I would recommend this place if you are a student and you don't have high expectations of your living enviornment. Other than that it seems like a good place if you're poor.
