I lived here for two years while attending UNT. I was extremely pleased for what I was paying. The community is a bit dated, but well kept. The interior and exteriors could use an update, which I think mgmt was doing as people were moving out. The place is built well though, very well insulated. I had a one bedroom and wonderful electric bills, ranging from $30 to my highest being about $60/month. It stayed cool in the summer, and warm in the winter. The kitchen was small, but I knew that moving in. Maintaince was quick to respond and parking wasn't too much of a problem unless you came home pretty late. The area was very quiet and people friendly. And lastly, the management was more than helpful on all occasions. They were always willing to help and listen, and knew everyone by first name the minute you walked in the door! I was graduating and looking for a new job at the same time my lease was coming to an end. Mgmt offered to make special arrangements if needed with my lease to avoid month to month charges. Also, moving out charges were extremely reasonable. I've been burned before when moving out, but after hiring a cleaning crew for only $75, mgmt charged me for carpet stains and that's about it.
All in all, I was extremely pleased with this complex and would recommend it to any student or single person. It's a nice quiet place to get away from stress of school/work.
