My husband and I lived here for 2 years while we were both in school. It it right down the street from trash trash trash. Very scary. About 8:30 one evening I pulled into my parking spot coming home from an evening class, and as I was walking to my apartment, out of nowhere comes this man! Running at me! He pushed me down and stole my purse, and ran off! Guess what I received from management. A $30 gift card to Chili's. Thanks. The "security" lighting sucks, and is always burnt out, they are really slow to replace bulbs.

As far as the inside goes, if you like waterbugs then this place is for you! Make sure you CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN your apartment when you leave, and replace drip pans, because you'll be charged even if the floor needed a sweeping!

What did you expect management to pay you back? that sounds pretty ridiculous! I'd be happy i got a 30$ gift card!! hells yea!

I didn't expect anything from management except to ratify what wasn't done in the first place. The lighting was burnt out in the area. You weren't a part of the situation, so myob! Also, the $30 gift card was given to us because occupancy was low and we decided against breaking our lease. You are entitled to your opinion, but unless you know all the facts, I suggest you not call people ridiculous! As I tell my students, "it's not nice to call names!"
