The management at Coronado Villa was great - Stacy is very nice, as are the maintenance staff; very willing to work with me on month-to-month issues. Very fair. The apartment was clean when I moved in and I was very pleased with the amount of space for the amount of rent. Had a few enormous waterbugs and a wasp nest on my patio. My next door neighbor was loud and so was her chihuahua - I was told that she would get a notice on her door, but never saw one. Other than my neighbor, I thought that it was usually very quiet there. The laundry room needed some serious work -expensive and two out of the three dryers were broken (I usually just took my laundry elsewhere). I wasn't crazy about the quality of people living in complexes nearby, but I never had any trouble with them. Overall, I would say that I had a good experience there and would recommend it.
