Coronado Villa

I lived here for about 10 months, leaving only since I needed to move to Lewisville. I moved in to this one, since I liked the area around the complex; it seemed pretty treesy- and that I could walk to school (was a grad student at TWU). However d/t construction on Bell forever and ever, I never was able to do that.

The management was great which is hard to say anywhere else. They were consistently friendly...that rarely happens anywhere. My neighbors were all great; no one was loud, they were friendly, quiet.

It'd be nice if they had more lighting around the parking lot; sometimes it seemed a bit too dark. I could park right in front of my place, as there was always plenty of parking. And, I did have issues with my garbage disposal ALL the time, but the maintenance were on top of it once I complained. Also, I had roaches in the apartment, although they said they sprayed. Ewwww!!!

Also make sure you walk through when you move out with a manager. I did get charged for things I KNOW I did not leave or do (like "food in fridge.") I know I didn't leave food there.

If you're a student or looking for something cheap, it might work for a while.
