The managemant never answers the door when you go to talk to them. They are usually out back smoking.
We called the police 4 times in a year. 3 were due to people playing music loud enough to wake up my daughter at 2:00am. The noise was unbearable. The other time we called the police was because another resident chased my husband to his car and pulled a gun to try to rob him.
Roaches were aweful. No matter what we did we could not get rid of them. They did come to spray every 2 weeks if you request it but it doesn't help.
When ever we asked maintenance to do anything they usually did it quickly. That was about the only thing good about the whole experience.
It's a very ghetto complex. It looks like a nice place to live on the outside, but once you've stayed there overnight you will change your mind!
