We've lived at Country Park since Feb 08 and have never had an issue with management, maintenance or the grounds. The property is well kept (with the exception of some nasty stairwells) and we feel safe having our children here. There are always community events at the club house and the maintenance men respond to any issues within 12hrs of a call.
