Poor, cheap housing

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
I lived in one of the finer apartments at this complex, and it was still riddled with repair needs, insects, and questionable A/C. It is convenient to be so close to the UNT campus. If you can tolerate noisy neighbors, insects, ignored repairs, and intermittent A/C, you have a good deal here with inexpensive rent, and good location to the UNT campus.
