awful- UNT kids- don't make this mistake!

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1997
I lived in this hell hole for a long, long miserable year. I was a young, poor UNT student, new to Denton. The rent was cheap and it was close to the school so we signed for a year- during which we were robbed, my car was vandalized, we had the largest roaches I had ever seen. One day after school one of my sketchy neighbors attempted to pull me into his apartment as I passed his door. We had also had no/little AC during an entire North Texas summer.
