I've lived here since August 2005. All the units are two-bedroom, but it's only $495 for the rent so you could live here by yourself. Management is really nice - the office is at Hunt Club at Hickory/Ave G. It's mostly college students, and there are parties but it's not too loud. No roaches since October, but maybe there are more in the summer, I saw a few when we moved in until October. I won't live here again unless I get a car because I don't like walking far to get anywhere, but otherwise I'd probably stay here. Everything has been recently remodeled and the rent includes water and cable. Great first apartment.

How is the privacy? I've heard at some apartment complexes in Denton the Management will enter with little to no notice.
