The management is not friendly and not helpful! My a/c was broken for four days and everytime I called the manager assumed that I hadn't turned it on!!! I am not a complete idiot! There is a major problem with dog poop all over the courtyard, don't even think of straying from the sidewalk!
We have had two thefts of bikes at the complex in 6 months, totalling 4 bikes. These bikes were cut from the bike rack, right beside the complex. The management is not concerned at all!
Very poor insulation. I can hear my neighbors watching tv and going to the bathroom! Very old apartment, you can see where the walls have been patched. The cabinets drawers and doors stick and are very hard to open. No counter space.
Bathrooms have moldy and old tiles and caulking.
Plus, the rent just went up to $625. Not worth the price!

Good- double-paned windows, new a/c units, new bathroom sink unit

Thanks for the kind words, but I beg to differ. I try and resolve all issues personally and stay involved until it is resolved. The A/C issue, what was the reason? As for your bikes, I apologize, but there is only so much I can do for such things. Please address any and all concerns to me, Russ and I will handle them personally. Thanks and have a great day.
