I lived here for two years and loved it. I lived on the 3rd floor (the top) I've heard from some living on the 2nd and 1st that they can hear their neighbors above. However, for me thsi was no problem. In general it is rather quiet even though most residents are students. On the weekends there are usually small parties but nothing too nuts.

What's great about the place is its location to campus and the Rec. center. You are 7 min walk from the heart of campus, 30 seconds from the Rec. center, so you can just sleep late and walk over to class. I rode my bike as most people do here. I should mention that my bike was stolen, and I believe this was largely because the apartment has no video surv. I always felt safe, though; and I think this was freak incident. Make sure you get an apartment that has a large deck, this was awesome for us on the weekends to eat breakfast outside in the sun.

The pool is kind of a joke and teh hot tub is well...rarely hot. We still managed to have some great times there.

The management is friendly and doesn't bother you unless you have trouble making your rent. They charge a flat 50 bucks when you're late. This is relatively standard though. I would live here again, no doubt.
