I lived in Fairways in 2008. When i first moved there things were good, then crazy people started knocking on my door and trying to come into my apt. THEN we got a leak under the slab that went on for months, everytime the person upstairs would put food down the disposal it would back up into our kitchen and living room. When they FINALLY got around to calling a company to fix it, they busted up my living room AND kitchen and still forced me to live there. They said twice that i would be moved apts due to having a 1 year old son, but they never did. They also set all of our stuff outside while they did the work. Our brand new couch had muddy foot prints all over it from the ungreatful kids jumping all over it while it was out there, my tv got broken and people stole many of our electronics and on top of that, they gave me attitude at 1am when they were finally done becuase i asked them to help me move my stuff back in. I had a sleeping baby, i was tired it was so late and they said they did have time! --------! Anyways, now that i moved out and am trying to get another apt, they are JUST NOW (a year later) saying i moved out without paying rent, which is a total lie, I have been trying to contact them for a week and they keep saying "We are looking into it" DO NOT RENT HERE, THEY WILL SCREW YOU OUT OF MONEY ANY WAY THEY POSSIBLY CAN. I REGRET EVER LIVING HERE!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, MONEY AND HEARTACHE!

Please understand that disgruntled individuals are more likely to post comments here (or anywhere else) than those that are satisfied. With hundreds upon hundreds of individuals having resided with us over the years, there are many, many more satisfied occupants than those that post negative comments here. We ask that you be cautious when considering any comments (especially negative ones), as they may simply be from residents that did not follow the rules, not pay their rent when due, or made it difficult for us to address their problem. Also, some comments may not relate to our current management team. We strive to operate the community with professionalism and a respect for our resident concerns. Should we find that our employees are not meeting that objective, they are replaced. Therefore, there is great incentive for them to do their jobs well. We hope that you will come by for a personal visit, meet with the current staff, and see the quality and size of the units that we offer. We take our reputation seriously and hope that you will give us the opportunity to make our community your new home.

That is absolutely HILARIOUS that the management company posted a comment on here. The Fairways is a SLUM.
