I currently live at The Fountains of Denton, and I love it. I work in sales, and it always seems that people only give reviews online when it is negative. Living at The Fountains has been extremely pleasant, and I am sad that I have been relocated due to my career. Everytime I go into the office, the staff is always cheery and helpful. As far as landscaping goes, in my opinion, they have the best in Denton. The location is excellent because it is secluded and like being on vacation all of the time. I have only needed to request maintenance once, but it was taken care of within an hour. I have lived in several apts., and this is very rare. I never have a problem parking, which is awesome. I also know that the actual apartments must be very well insulated because my electricity bills are very low, and I have never heard any of my neighbors. If I ever have to move back to Denton, I would look forward to living at The Fountains.
