After living in the Fountains for two years, I am compelled to write a little bit about my experience. When I first moved into the apartments, the management was amazing. Unfortunately, the managers were changed and we were given two of the most immature and unprofessional women I have ever dealt with. I was truly shocked at the way they treated myself and my two roommates throughout the course of our lease. My roommates and I referred well over four tenants to these apartments, and they too were treated in the same way that we were. After reading the other wonderful reviews of this complex, I have come to the conclusion that it must have been the "college kids" that were treated in this manner. Even though we were paying just as much as anybody else, we were very often treated with negativity and rudeness. When we decided not to renew our lease and move to another apartment, the two women tried to persuade us to stay by actually being polite. Unfortunately, it was just too late to change our minds. We thought it was done with the day we moved out, but that all changed the day they tried to charge us for damages that were non-existent to our carpet. We got a letter in the mail saying we owed the apartments for new carpet, but we were not allowed to look at the carpet, nor were we provided with documentation as to where the damages were. They gave us no proof that there was anything wrong. We are currently in a legal battle with the Fountains. We have been threatened by the two women and so have many of our other friends. It turns out that we are not the only people dealing with this. I will never recommend anyone to this apartment complex again. The beautiful apartments are not worth what we've been put through with this manangement. I feel sorry for the owners of the apartments, their managers are the worst as they come.
