I used to drive by the complex and say "wow, I wish I lived there..." Now that I do, the old cliche of "you cant judge a book by it's cover" rings so true. The college kids throw parties, throw-up over the balconies, sneak into the pool area after hours, drive like maniacs through the complex, throw beer bottles all over the grounds...I could go on. The management has gone from bad to worse. There was a pair of girls in there and they were stuck up and rude. Now the asst manager is now the manager and she is just young and oblivious. I pay for covered parking, but anyone can park in my spot and management will refuse to tow the vehicles. They have a security officer but I don't know what for because he isn't "allowed" to do anything. I pay way too much for way too little. I will not renew my lease here. I have contacted the owners over all of this and am awaiting a repsonse. It is a shame because the apartments are fabulous, and the grounds, when not littered from college parties, are beautiful. I think all they need is a better manager. The girl they have in there is just too green behind the ears. I think she is afraid of confrontation and just not ready for management.
