The last post that said something about the new manager was referring to Jessica. She may be a little strict, but i also very nice. For instance, I have a dog and couldnt pay the deposit, so I never said anything. She saw me walking him the other day. She didnt even get mad. She just told me I would have to pay the deposit and then told me they keep doggie bones in the clubhouse. Most other managers would have slapped me with a fine and/or evicted me. Plus the new lady here is very nice and does everything she can to help when Jessica is busy.This place is a great place to live. The apartments are beautiful, and I havent had any problems with bugs, any kind of maintenace problems, or college parties. I myself am 20 and go to UNT, and I havent seen a single beer can on the ground. Whoever said that was a moron. The only complaint I have is the damn train. You can hear it at 2 in the morning, but that goes for ANY apartment around here, so there's nothing the FOD can do about it. It is also a little pricy, but well worth it. I just tried exploring other options for next year, and I realized how spoiled I am. I havent found a place that isnt falling apart or having extreme problems management or is just plain ugly. I recommend the FOD to anyone NOT interested in dealing with parties everyday of the week until 3 AM. I will definitely renew my contract for next year.
