I have lived here at the Fountains for several years now. In all that time I have never had any major problems or complaints. The staff is very nice and accomodating. The grounds have always been well kept and beautiful. Someone had posted earlier about beer bottles laying around and crazy parties, but I have yet to experience that. Perhaps they had a bad day and one little thing prompted their negative post. The Fountains may be a little pricier than other apartments, but as they say; "You get what you pay for". I have lived in several dufferent complexes and the Fountains is the best yet. I will continue to live here for some time, and I recommend it to anyone.
