Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Lived there for a year and could not wait to get out of my lease. If you are a student and like to party it is the place for you. If you work from home and are a professional then I do not recommend. Took them 3 months and several written notices to fix burned out light on patio, missing rack in refrigerator, and wasps nest outside bedroom window. Place always had beer cans and cigarette butts around my building. Staff entered apartment when I was in the shower because I did not answer door fast enough and manager was not easy to work with. Easier to blame tenant than to fix issue.
