One of the nicest in Denton

I have lived here at the Fountains for almost 3 years, and I love it! I am a professional, and it's really very quiet here. The office staff is very friendly & professional. The maintenance staff is efficient. I really like that there aren't a lot of students here, and the ones who live here are pretty quiet. The staff does not put up with partiers! I also like that is is gated.
