I lived in the Fountains of Denton for 2 and a half years. Most of the people in the office were very rude and never tried to make it easy on the people who lived there. Plus the rent is OUTRAGEOUS and goes up at least $10 every time you sign a new lease. When I moved in I was paying $720 a month (for a tiny 1 bedroom none the less) and when I moved out I was paying $760 a months...rediculous! For a person who paid their rent on time every single month and never gave any problems they sure did try to screw me when I moved out. If you move in here watch out for the small writing on the lease because they will do everything they can do to change the wording around to get money out of you. The manager is very impolite and rude and unless you want to live with greedy management I would not move into this place. Plus the gate was always broken so there goes the security feature. I wouldnt recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Rent Everywhere goes up when you renew a lease. It is absurd to think that what you pay when you move in will continue without increase over the years - and $10 give me a break. Try living in a bigger city where it goes up in excess of $50 per month, per lease term. I have never been mistreated by the management, apparently you were not a very good tenant. And you only get a refund if you leave it clean - did you?
