I have lived at the Fountains for almost 6 years, and I have to say my feelings are mixed. On the one hand, it's beautiful, and my 3-bedroom apartment is spacious and well laid out. However, in the time that I've been here, the management has changed several times, and the quality of service in the office has declined sharply of late. Despite my long and reliable rental history with the Fountains, the new office people flatly refuse to work with me on even the smallest of issues. For example, I had given up my second covered parking space a few months ago and decided I wanted to rent it again. However, in that time, the covered parking rent had gone up, and they refused to give me the previous rate, despite the fact that I am already renting another spot from them at the old rate. My husband and I plan to move when our lease is up in March, and while we'll miss our fabulous apartment, we won't miss the way this management company treats their long-term renters!
