Office staff at these apartments used to be great when I first moved in. It has since become a pain to deal with. They look at you like you are stupid, don't answer your questions, and speak better to your dog than they do to you. They never have any answers to anything and they constantly hike up prices (which is normal for an apartment but they do it for EVERYTHING). They are super cheap. Don't expect your deposit back--infact, expect to be charged more! I love my actual apartment, I hate the management.
