I really enjoy living in this complex. It is small, quiet, and has pretty landscape (nice topiary type trees, nice stone). The management is just a nice, green, hardworking couple. They are very helpful and keep the maintenance up well. The size is decent, I think, and I believe it is $550 for a one bedroom and $650 for a two bedroom. The top apartments have cute wooden balconies. The places are a little old and you can tell in some places in our apartment, but not bad. The washers and dryers used to be old, but they just got nice new ones that have a special cycle for less water usage. You could walk to the college in about twenty minutes, and there is a bus route. The parking isn't numbered, but you can usually find a spot. People usually park in about the same spaces. It is beside two churches, a nursing home, and a retirement community. It is well lit, seems safe, and I feel comfortable here. I would recommend it.
