Recent changes in management have not helped this run-down and low quality property. Additionally, apartment rules are not enforced, making it the ideal place for those tenants who play their drums at all hours of the night, or leave a week's worth of trash strewn outside their doorsteps. Gazebo is the place for you if you enjoy having loud parties on weeknights and have pets who deposit feces on balconies or bark incessantly. If you can ever find a parking space, then feel free to repair your car in the parking lot anytime, or drink Mad Dog with your homeless friends in the laundry rooms, since the washers only work 1/2 the time anyway.
