Not the best, but not the worst

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2001
 
There is little parking and no assigned spaces, so you can forget about parking near your apartment. Also, it takes forever for maintenance to fix anything. We're still waiting for our stove to be fixed from over a year ago.
