Ricardo, the maintenance man, lives on the property. He is a gaurdian angel to all the residents. Management is young college girls that do not know much when it comes to lease terms. There are no planned apartment activities or pool parties or cook outs. The Gazebo is leaning over. I had fleas for a long while. They would go away temporarily after a bombing. The laundry mat trash cans, that are chained to the folding table, have animal feces. Therefore, the whole laundry mat stinks when you are folding clothes.
