Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
I 've been leaving in this apartments for past 2 years(2006-2008).
Pros:
- Near school (within a mile)
- Good and helpful management (available on a x-mass night)
- Nice swimming pool
- Decent size
- On site laundry room
- Nice, neat, safe neighborhood
- Wide parking lot

Cons:
- Stray cats (Too many)
- insects and bugs
- Anybody can park , sometimes its very hard to find parking spot.
