I can pretty much guarantee the person who wrote something good about this place, was the old leasing agent.

I have lived here about 6 months, have not ONCE had a freaking pest control guy come and spray for all these roaches-which I DID request at least 4 times.

If you go to UNT, you will appreciate all of the lovely noises awakening you at all hours of the night.

From people up stairs shooting up, having sex, or playing their mexican polka music you hear everything.

Did I mention the vagrants' Random people in the morning digging in the trash can looking for cans to sell at the local dump.

If you are seriously broke like I am, and had trouble getting into a dorm because school already started--well keep this place as your last resort ;(

The only thing remotely good about this place:

Rent is fairly cheap $490 a month, includes electricity, air/heat (which they control!), and cable.

If I wasn't worried about my credit, I would be breaking that lease agreement today and heading to the dorms at UNT.

AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DON'T SIGN A 9-MONTH LEASE WITH THESE PEOPLE.
