This is to All that have complaints here and for all prospective renters that view this site.
In our defense, No Malice intended to anyone.

Most of these reviews about our properties may be valid, yet you have to take in to perspective who is writing this review first.

Some examples; those evicted, those that have caused damage to our properties, a disgruntled employee who lived on property or some that just cannot accept that this world we live in is not perfect and not everything can be resolved at the snap of a finger. So if you are in this category, you think you would be upset. Don't forget I cannot fix what I do not have control over.

We have been here for a long time and do everything we can to try and make residents happy and comfortable. All in All the residents we have had and have are Greate people. Our history speaks for itself in 7years over 800 satisfied customers and what 7 negative reviews.

Even if your apartment is spotlessly clean, if you live next door to someone who is filthy, then the roaches from their apartment end up migrating over to your apartment. Sometimes, all you can do is keep a can of Bug Stop handy at all times or move to a building where your neighbors don't live like pigs.

The reason you only have 7 negative responses is most people assume that with such a low monthly payment all they will get is sub-par living conditions. However, this is not the case. You can say as much as you want to defend yourself, but the truth about the type of person you are is well known among the current and previous residents that have lived in one of your apartments.

I was really considering moving to these apartments. It is not the reviews that are keeping me away, but the petty remarks from the manager. I already live in an apartment complex where the office staff and management have very little people skills and act like high school students. If this is the way the manager at this apartment complex deals with negative opinions posted on a website, then I think I will look elsewhere.
