Maybe good for students, and that's a solid maybe...

I have been living at the Hunt Club apartment for about 2 and 1/2 months now and, although I'm sure it's not the worst place in the world, it is definitely not somewhere you want to live when you have a family.

We have gone a total of at least 1 week without air conditioning since we've been here and when we brought it up to the super he told us that they were working on it.

They had a fan that didn't fit right but they were "going to make it fit".

Not very reassuring.

We have had a really bad issue with cockroaches as well.

I understand that living in a building you need to expect to see bugs but they are all over the place and, for the most part, I can't even walk into my bathroom or open cabinets in the kitchen without seeing at least 3.

It has been addressed but if the grounds aren't taken care of it doesn't matter how many times they spray my apartment, they're going to come back.

The grounds are mediocre at best and not very well kept.

With all that being said, the maintainence staff always replies as soon as you call and does whatever they can do to remedy the situation.
