Not a bad place, although not luxury either. Bad news include: 1. when we first moved in we contracted fleas from the carpets and they said that they "sprayed" and couldn't do anything about it. I was covered in bites so I ended up buying spray and a vacuum to fix the problem myself for the next two weeks. 2. It was 30 degrees one night and we had no heat. FOr some reason it was turned off. I froze my ass off that night and one other night a few weeks later. I ended up going out and buying a portable heater just in case. Good news: its close to campus and they work on the grounds alot to keep the parking areas and outer building in shape.
