If you need a roof over your head, it'll do... but don't expect anything extra.
Management isn't very friendly, although I've never had a problem with rudeness. Deposit is a little high for apartments with multiple roommates. The pool area isn't anything great. There is a good size laundry room. The insulation between apartments is HORRIBLE. You can hear conversations through the walls. The carpet is ugly dark brown and the walls are a dark cream--combine that with small windows and it creates a depressingly dark home. The kitchen floors have begun to crack. The bathroom tiles around the tub have come loose and mold that has been covered up in years past eventually makes it to the top layer--very gross. The way it is repaired it to merely cover it up again. The parking lot isn't well lit and the dumpters are in the middle. Buildings are not well marked and so deliveries don't always make it to the correct place. Also, I don't feel very safe after dark. For 6 months it's tolerable, but a day longer isn't worth the cheap rent... but if that's all you've got... well...
