If saftey is not an issue then by all means be my guest and live here with a manager that will tell you to move if your not comfortable with it. Maintenance is okay if you don't mind the smell of booze and cigaretts everytime their in your apartment. You might as well leave your doors unlocked and the windows down so that you can save some money by your windows not being broke. Don't take my word for it just go cvheck it out Larry is an ass after you move in, but when you first meet him he is very nice.
