This complex is a completely infested with roaches. It is horrible!! I warn people who are considering moving in to beware. If you don t believe me just knock on anyone s door and ask them about the roach problem. Now I am wondering how in the world I am going to do it when I finally leave this nightmare. These roaches are in all my things, specially my electronics (TV, MICROWAVE, so on). The complex does exterminate but they only do it once a month. I have gone as far as buying my own roach sprays and traps but they just keep coming back after a day or so. The pool closes most of the year except for a couple of months during the summer. So you have been warned, and good luck.
Now for the positive, my neighbors are good hardworking people, parking is not bad when the pool is open there is someone there to make sure no one that does not live there gets in and the price is affordable. I guess the motto of, you get what you pay for is right on except this one comes with the added benefit of ROACHES. And yes the management is horrible.
One more thing, do not expect to be notified when someone enters your apartment. From one day to the next maintenance had come into my apartment and changed the bathroom faucets. And yes you got it, I had no prior notice about his move. I wonder how many other times they have accessed my apartment with out me even knowing. Kind of Creepy!!

I've lived here for over 4 years, and I DO NOT have roaches!!! Yes, they do ONLY exterminate once a month, but a lot of complexes don't even do that. Maybe if you took out your trash regularly and often and didn't leave food and dirty dishes out, you wouldn't have roaches either. As for maintenance coming in without prior notification, that's a crock, too. They always leave a notice on your door a day or two ahead of time. The pool was closed a couple of times this summer for testing and maintenance -- remember the big scare with people coming down with serious illness contracted in public pools? It was also closed shortly after we had lots of rain. I for one am glad -- I'd rather be safe than sorry. Besides, how long do you expect an unheated public pool to be open? It usually opens around end of May or first of June and closes around end of August or 1st of September, depending on the weather. Manager can be rude, but he's always fair. I like it here: the apartments are bigger & less expensive than all others I looked at.
