Really BAD

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
Not only is this place really old and run down, but Assett Management thinks they can charge $800/month for it.
For $800/month, I could rent a nice house!
Everything breaks and is fixed "whenever we get to it."
Really bad drainage problems resulting in HIGH mosquito count. Never any yard work done.
No grounded plugs so if you have any electronics, they fry in the first storm (we lost a big screen tv that way).
DO NOT rent this property.
Since we moved out, along with ALL the other tenents (at rate hike), it's stayed empty! They can't find anyone to rent it. Don't be that sucker!
