The bedrooms are large and come with a dresser, but the living room/dining room areas arent very large and sometimes its hard to fit much furniture. The maintenance was nice, but often left a mess or no note saying they had come inside so I'd come home and see someone had been in my apt. but not know it was maintenance until I called the office to check. The laundry room is absurd. Not enough machines and often one is broken, with no sign to tell you it's broken so you waste your money. The deposit was outrageous, 250 per person since neither parent was cosigning, and while BJ was willing to let us pay it over time, Betty refused so on top of 1st months rent we had to come up with 500$ dollars. Also had some weird rules (got a fine for drinking a beer just outside my door). It's quiet, clean, nice pool and parking. BJ and Ben are super nice, but some old guy who is here a lot has almost backed over me with his car twice tho and both times didn't even say anything when I yelled and jumped out of the way. Neighbors are nice too.
