Moved in here this summer. Didn't have problems with parking or with neighbors. Apartments are pretty basic but for the price and location it is a good deal. It isn't as close to TWU as some other complexes are, but then you don't have to pay the premium for being right next to school. My lease is expiring soon, but after shopping around, I have to say I will probably be renewing.
