This review is for Grace Apartments on Avenue G which is owned by Oaklawn Apartments. I have lived at Grace apartments for 4 months and the air conditioner has broken twice. The second time, management decided they were not going to fix it. They said it worked well enough. When the inside temperature doesn't get below 3 or 4 degrees cooler than the outside temp I think that's a problem. I guess they don't. Management is unfriendly and uncooperative. Do not live here!! Rent is extremely cheap, 390/month all bills paid, but I guarentee you it is NOT worth it. I don't feel safe in cement city with strange people hanging out at night outside my apartment. Most tenants in the building seem nice enough, but it's still scary.

Oaklawn Gardens does not own or manage Grace Apartments. You should post your review in the correct place.

Oaklawn Gardens is managed by Tom Fouts Commercial. Tom Fouts does not manage Grace Apartments. You posted to the wrong place.
