Moved in here in August to Eagle Apartment which Oaklawn Gardens manages. Haven't had any problems yet. The rent is pretty reasonable for being right next to UNT plus you get free cable. I would recommend Eagle if you want a place near UNT. Only bad thing is there is no parking for visitors.
