Moved in a month ago to one of the other properties managed by Oaklawn Gardens and so far I didn't have a single problem with my apartment other than needing someone to light my furnace after my gas was connected. They didn't even charge me more rent for adding a roommate or an application fee for it. So far so good. I am little surprised a few people have problem
