This place is quite alright if you want a place that is close to school, tight parkings, high utility bills, and infested with pest. But if you're willing to pay a little extra - you would probably be better off somewhere else.

Maintenance is horrible. When I moved into the apartment, I had a leaked from the ceiling down to my computer desk. Obviously, the water leaked ruined my computer monitor and desk (which I had to replace). I called the apartment staff and reported my problem. It took them over 6 months to come out and fix the problem. After a week or so of having the problem fixed, the problem started again. As usual, I called again and told them about the water leakage. They said they would send someone over to have it fix - sure enough, it was never fix. Not even until the day I moved out of that apartment.

To top this story off, they took all my deposit because they said that I had "trashed" the apartment before I moved out. Therefore, they had to use the deposit money to pay for the clean-ups.

They never reimbursed me for the damage that the leakage had caused to my computer desk and monitor. How dare they took all my deposit money and accused me for trashing the apartment'!

Run for your life....
