when i found this apartment last summer i was super stoked to find a cute 2 story 1 bedroom. however, after i got the apartment, the office people became so freaking rude. i have never ever experienced such rude owners. i had an emergency that i needed taken care of inside my apartment while i was out of town and they wouldnt help. such a pain in the @$$ ! i havent had any pest problems, but my door does not shut properly thus the air comes through my door constantly. the upstairs is always much warmer then the downstairs and never cools off. if you are willing to pay just a little more for an apartment i would. im sure you would get a nicer staff. and yes...they do come into your apartment whenever they please. my door was LOCKED and i was in the shower when they came in to do pest control. what kind of $#!t is that'! so happy to be out the n. bell hell hole.
