Moved in last year into a 1 bedroom. I never had a problem like the previous poster mentioned. Only maintenance request I had was to fix the toilet once and they fixed it the same day. Very large apartment for the money. 800 square feet 2 story 1 bedroom! They do come to your apartment to do pest control like the previous poster mentioned but they always post a notice way ahead of time and knock on your door real loud before they come in.
