I lived in the sunbird apartments which are owned by oaklawn. it was okay until i moved in. Thats when i relized that the neighbors dog barked all night and that she walked so heavy that the walls moved.
not only was she bad but the first night my plumbing backed up and they had to call the plumber. it took 3 more time calling to get it fixed.
Then i had a leak in the ceiling and they pulled of a paper plate that was there to catch the leak water (that had been there since i moved in) after they fixed the leak they just coverd it with a piece of sheetrock that didnt fit. (bigger than the hole)

after all that i moved out and i am glad

Oaklawn Gardens is managed by Tom Fouts Commercial. Sunbird Apartments is managed by somebody else. You posted to the wrong place

Note, this post was entered in 2004. They never really did know who was in charge there. In 2004 I paid a company that said they were Oaklawn- I do not live there anymore so I do not know who owns it NOW nor do I care. Are you seriously bringing this up after 5 years? If you still live in Denton you know how much has changed in 5 years. Besides, I don't think "Sombody else property management" exists.
