I don't know how the other person could write a bad review for these apartments. I live there now, and I think it's great. We got new carpeting and a new fridge before we moved in. It's great being so close to campus and it's in a safe location. No complaints about the neighbors. Exterminators come regularly every two months. The management is nice and good about responding to maintenence calls.

And the place does not sway or shake or ANYTHING when there is a storm.

I lived in the corner apt, which has a hallway, so it was a little more than the ther apts. I also had a roommate, so the rent was $500 elec.

Tom Fouts Commercial does not manage Eagle Apartments, only Oaklawn Gardens.
