I recently went to look at an apartment at this complex and while I was there I overheard one of the office staff on the phone. He was yelling and cursing at whoever he was talking to. I even heard him use the "f" word which to me is extremely unproffessional. After hearing him talk to whoever it was he was talking to like that, I left. I wonder how he treats his residents.

Did this really happen? Sounds like a competing apartment that is worried and have to resort to fake postings.

I agree with the response. Probably Mack Park apartment is doing this, posting all these fake reviews. Mack Park has been postings fake reviews everywhere on this site since their business is so bad and are running specials due to their prices being so high.

Everyone is running specials. That is what you do to stay in competition with everyone. If you knew anything about business you would definantly know that.

I know I cant prove Im not some other apartment management but I will say that I lived at a complex owned by this management for a year a while back and they were nothing more than completely rude and incompetent. They will show up randomly with no warning and enter your apartment if they want something and they give absolutely no leeway on parking despite the fact that at least half the lot is always empty. There are countless things I could mention about their poor management that I experienced in the one year I was there but I will just say do not move here or to eagle apartments if you want reasonable landlords.
