I investigate where I am moving to by reading the apartment ratings before I go look. I read the comments and responses. These responses to negative comments seem to come from management due to the fact the comments are mostly anonymous but the responses state things like not paying rent on time, leaving place a mess etc. Who would know these things except management or the person must be psychic. I would not even look at these apts for the negative responses, not the comments but the responses. If this is mgmt this is very unprofessional. I can't wait to see the response from this....

Why are you reviewing a place you never actually rented from or even visited? You are probably one of Oaklawn Gardens' competitors.

This superfrost sure likes to bad mouth every apartment in Denton other than Mack Park for some reason. I was currently checking all the reviews here at apartment ratings for Denton and it seems superfrost is a diehard supporter of Mack Park and a die hard hater of all the other apartments in town. Makes you wonder if superfrost works for Mack Park in some capacity.
